DOROTHY PERKINS STYLING COMPETITION

Lama rasanya tidak posting tulisan tentang fashion dan desain. Akhirnya aku menemukan moment paling pas sekaligus makin memantapkan diriku dalam dunia fashion.

This is my first competition on fashion design and stylist! *haha

Aku membaca tweet dari Fimela tentang Fashion Styling Competition dari Dorothy Perkins Indonesia, DOROTHY PERKINS STYLING COMPETITION 2014 .

With many help from Ayu as model and Farah as second stylist. Finally, this is it!

Based on terms and condition for this competition, my fashion style must be inspired from Dorothy Perkins Style Essentials. And these are my choices from DP Style Essentials!

Lace Top

The Maxi

I picked these two items as my main inspiration. Because as women with jilbab, these items are very simple and easy to wear.

 I made two look with different style and taste but I had another MUST item on every style. 

Yes, Denim jacket! Because everyone loves denim! Check how I made my style with denim look here!

Denim Bold Style

This first look still show feminine and girly look with broken white lace top; but more classy, chic and tough, not only sweet. 

Leather maxi skirt shows boldness and extraordinary look. Denim jacket is the way how to show casualty and an easy going personality with everyone around. 

Oops, don't forget to wear simple smoky make-up to show extra strong aura on your face! 

This look is a good choice for you who always be an active woman. Or could be for semi-formal occasion. I call this as Denim Bold Style.

Black Leather Skirt by YUMA & Black Leather Hand Clutch (we can find this item on girl accessories store)

Broken White Lace Top. This is refashion item from mother old dress.

The second look is more flexible and light. Purple maxi skirt is made from comfortable shirt fabric, its so easy to wear this in every activity.

Denim jacket strengthen casualty and fun! All accessories are worn in wretched style but still look chic.

Simple scarf also help this look more fun! And end this style with simple smoky make-up to leave good impression with your face.
